This page explains what information we collect when you visit this site, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We've written it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect and why

Your email address
When you sign up for early access, we store your email address. We use it to contact you about Questree's launch and any updates relevant to the waitlist. Nothing else.

Your answer to our survey question
If you complete the post-signup survey ("What's the one thing in your life you keep meaning to start — or can't seem to finish?"), we store your response. We use it to understand what people want from the app and to improve it. This is optional.

Your payment details (founding deposits placed before October 2026)
We no longer take deposits. If you placed a £5 founding deposit, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles this securely. We only store the fact that a deposit was made and your email address associated with it.

Who we share your data with

We share data with the following third-party services, solely to operate this site:

• Supabase — stores email signups and survey responses on secure servers. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides privacy-friendly visitor analytics (aggregate page views only; no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no individual profiles). Vercel Privacy Policy
• Stripe — processes founding deposits securely. Stripe Privacy Policy

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose other than building and communicating about Questree.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address and survey response until you ask us to delete them, or until 12 months after Questree launches — whichever comes first. If we decide not to launch the product, we will delete all collected data and notify you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Delete your data (the "right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time — this won't affect anything we've already done

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@getquestree.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
